Air Popped Popcorn

Posted on January 20, 2010.
Air Popped PopcornHow warm salt air you popcorn?

I just purchased a hot air popper popcorn. When I sprinkle with salt and butter on the buttons of freshly popped popcorn, they just fall into the bottom of the bowl, and my popcorn tastes dull. Is there a way to make the salt and butter buds stick to the popcorn? Thank you.

Try spraying a little Pam or similar spray oil on your popcorn, combine popcorn, then add salt and / or butter buds. It will add a touch of fat, but not as much as if you popcorn oil.

I do not know what makes popcorn salt stick to the real popcorn, but that's what you have to buy. I always salt popcorn there because the normal salt does not stick. I use Morton Salt popcorn. In addition, the use of butter is made for popcorn too. Salt can be found by the spices in the store.

When using salt corn, which is much finer than standard table salt, it will stick better.

If you can not find the salt, corn everything you need to do is process a little common salt in a food processor for about one minute or until it is superfine.

As regards butter buds, I recall, the box used to recommend to dilute with water to put it on popcorn, but that just made the popcorn soggy. I guess you try to avoid the calories and fat in butter ... Believe I Can It's Not Butter is a spray that has no calories or fat and I do not think it dipped in popcorn, like butter would diulted buds. If the spray does not work, you might want to try press the I Can not Believe It's Not Butter. It has a little fat, but much less than real butter.

Honestly, most of this material is made from chemicals and I think it is best to use butter in moderation more natural than the charge with diet products that have a hard time pronouncing the ingredients you must go to a supplier of chemicals to buy.
