Cheetos Calories

For HW, we had to determine whether Cheetos, marshmallows, nuts and peanuts ... which has more calories. I say it cheetos (Say if I'm wrong). And now, why are there so many calories in it? Trans fats, lipids, what is the cause?

In fact, I think one of the nuts have more calories and are rich in fat, but fat from his heart healthy.
