How to make chocolate covered almonds? I almonds and a bottle of chocolate sauce, anyone know a quick way to do it?
Almonds Chocolate Drink
1.0 part Amaretto
1.0 dash chocolate syrup
1.0 part Milk
Fill half a shotglass with Amaretto
and slightly less than the other half with milk.
Top off (if it will sink to the bottom) with chocolate syrup.
Chocolate Covered Almonds
1 pound milk chocolate
1 pound raw almonds with skin
How chocolate almonds
Fill a small pot on a third with hot tap water
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt over low heat
the top of a double boiler, stirring frequently, slowly and steadily.
When the melted chocolate, add the almonds and toss to coat.
Line a tray with plastic wrap;
You can use parchment paper for best results.
Spoon your chocolate and almond pieces on it.
Freeze for 15 minutes and then store them in the refrigerator for another 30.
Remove paper and place it in a dish or a box.
Do not turn on each other.
You can get chocolate almond bark more at any grocery store. Melt and cover your almonds in the present. When you remove the almonds, the chocolate will harden quickly. I also used this for pretzels and tiny Ritz crackers with peanut butter (Reese taste)
