Chocolate ClustersEnjoy the chocolates at: Amish Caramel Bars Chocolate, chocolate and Triple

We always have people who want more chocolate recipes. (It's so good to know that I am only one of many chocoholics.) Here are the most delicious chocolate, just for you. Choices include Amish chocolate-caramel bar. These bars, in the true Amish tradition, are simple but wonderful three-layer bars are easy and quick to do. If you prefer sweets, try the Triple Chocolate Clusters. These candies are clusters of different chocolates and coatings on nuts and pretzels. Oh, go ahead! make both.

AMISH BAR Caramel Chocolate

Crust:
1 cup flour
3 / 4 cup white sugar
1 / 2 cup butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine above ingredients and press into 9 x 6-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

3 / 4 cup brown sugar
1 / 2 cup butter

Boil brown sugar and butter in a saucepan for one minute. Pour over baked crust.

FILLING:

1 cup pecans
1 cup chocolate chips

Sprinkle pecans on top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and while still hot, sprinkle with chocolate shavings on top and spread to smooth. Cut into bars when cooled.

TRIPLE, chocolate

2 (4 oz each bar) white chocolate
1 cup milk chocolate pieces
1 cup chocolate chips, semisweet
1 1 / 2 cups chopped pecans
1 1 / 2 cups broken pretzels

Melt white chocolate, milk chocolate and semisweet chocolate together in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. When chocolate is completely melted and blended, add the pieces of pecans and pretzel pieces. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper fills lightly greased. Refrigerate at least an hour. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to a month.

Yield: about 3 dozen

You can make a farm of candy with 3 cups of pieces of semisweet chocolate and leaving aside the chocolate milk and white chocolate.

Enjoy!
