Christmas CandyChristmas candy?

What is your favorite candy for Christmas? If you do not mind you putting the recipe? Thank you in advance.

Divinity recipe

2 2 / 3 C. sugar
2 / 3 of C. light corn syrup
1 / 2 C. water
2 egg whites
1 cup vanilla
2 / 3 C. coarsely chopped walnuts

Cook sugar, corn syrup and water (use 1 tablespoon less water in humid weather) in a 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking, without stirring, to 260 ° F. on candy thermometer or until small amount of mixture dropped into very cold water forms a hard ball that holds its shape but is flexible.

egg whites in medium bowl Beat with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Continue beating by pouring hot syrup into the net in the egg whites, beating constantly at medium speed. (For best results, use an electric mixer, not a mixer portable handheld since the wing is approximately 10 minutes and the mixture is thick.) Add vanilla. Beat the mixture holds its shape and becomes a bit dull. (Mixture may become too stiff for the mixer.) Gently stir in nuts.

Drop mixture from a teaspoon of butter on wax paper. Let stand at room temperature at least 12 hours, turning once on the sweets, until the candy be firm. Store in an airtight container.
