Some bakers fans often wonder if they can freeze or chill their cookies and cookie doughs. Of course, you can chill or freeze your mixes, but not all cookie mixes be effective when it is frozen.

Avoid freezing cookies with cream, meringues, and any mixture with a cookie with beaten egg white as one of its ingredients. Freezing or refrigeration of these types will not be good because the egg white in cookies tend to separate when frozen.
