Chop potatoes could be good.
Here is the recipe
Materials:
aloo (potatoes)
crumbs
Seed cumun
mustard
lemon
corriender
corriender leaves
salt
garam masala

Itinerary:
First boil the potatoes and grate them. then heat the oil in the pan and put cumin seeds and mustard seeds in them. then put the grated potatoes and then put the bread in there and put the rest of the stuff in there. and then fry 5 minutes or until u think he is ready. and keep aside until the mixture is cold. then make a round shape and flatten like a tiki. then fry and serve hot with chutney. Spicy Mini Alu (Potato) Tikki for Diwali!

1 / 2 kg apples, washed, peeled, cooked and mashed
4 slices white bread
1 / 2 cup sago, soaked in water until it swells, then drained (sabudana)
1 / 2 lime juice
salt

For the stuffing

1 / 2 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
1 / 2 tablespoon whole coriander seeds
3-4 green chilies, washed and chopped
1 teaspoon red chili powder
salt
pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon of powder amchoor (dry mango powder) or 1 teaspoon lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, washed and chopped
1 / 2 cup Channa Dal, boiled (not overboil, yellow lentils)
oil, fry

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, white bread, sago, lime juice and salt.
knead well with your palms.
Divide the mixture evenly to shape into small balls.
Set aside.
Heat 1 soup.
oil in a skillet.
Add cumin and coriander seeds.
Allow to splutter.
Once they stop spluttering, add green pepper, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper, amchoor or lime juice and mix well.
Then add the coriander leaves.
After 30 seconds, stir in boiling chana dal and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Keep aside to cool.
Flatten each ball of potato.
Fill each ball with a little dal mixture.
Flatten and shape into round shapes tikka circular.
Heat oil in a wok.
Fry all tikki, a little at a time, until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towels kitchen.
hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney cilantro and serve.

Hara Kabab Bharatiya

500gm. coarsely mashed peas
4-5 green chillies
1 tsbp. flour
1 tsp tea. cornstarch
1 / 4 cup of RAWA (semolina) or fine breadcrumbs
1 / 2 c.. chili powder
salt to taste
few drops of green color (optional)
oil for frying

METHOD:

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs or RAWA.
Form patties with greased hands.
Roll in crumbs or RAWA. Heat oil in frying.
Fry in hot oil on medium until crisp and brown.
Turn to the other side.
Drain on paper towels or rack.
hot with green chutney and tamarind or tomato sauce and serve.

Khaman Dhokla

Chana Dal-1 kg.
Rice-250g.
Urad Dal-50 gms.
tablespoons of cream cheese and sour 2.
Baking soda Pinch-wide
1 tablespoon sugar tea.
cumin seeds, coarsely crushed, 1 tsp tea.
Mustard seeds, roasted 1 tsp- tea.
Shredded coconut-4 tbsp.
Handful coriander leaves-
-Salt to taste
Method:

Wash and soak the dals and rice separately for 6-8 hours.
Drain and grind coarsely and mix the sour milk and soda.
Add enough hot water to form a paste and keep this mixture overnight.
The next morning, mix the salt, chili powder, sugar and a little.
