Dry Roasted AlmondsGourmet Almonds with classic-Based Part

If you're like me, the typical 3 meals a day routine just does not cut it. When its only 4:00 and 3:00 ET 15 minutes before dinner, I can not keep the rest of my working day waiting to see what my wife made for dinner (dinner if there is). So that's where the snack bar "come in. Yes, it is the perfect escape from the real world of 3 meals where I lived, where borders breakfast were broken, and everything seemed possible. But this can be a dangerous place to live, especially if the chocolate and loves were the principal inhabitants. Being that the average person consumes 21 pounds of chocolate per year, according to wiki (I personally think it is more) than chocolate "and" junk food snacks "world is very popular and a very tempting place to stay. However, if I wanted to keep my health and will not change my wardrobe every four months, I needed a better plan. Something filling, satisfying, tasty, and good for me. So, I discovered something that has been increasingly popular over the last 5 years - the almonds.

Ok, so why almonds? Well, almonds are rich in protein, fiber, calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin E and other antioxidants and photochemical.

Almonds are many benefits for the heart. They are high in protein and, therefore, they are ideal for food for skin and hair (which I have and want to keep) cholesterol a person can be reduced by 14% regular consumption of almonds due to the presence of monounsaturated and some polyunsaturated fatty acids. Over eating can be avoided by nibbling almonds before eating. They are also known to contribute to the prevention of colon cancer. Almonds have many health benefits, here some of them have been mentioned.

And personally, I love the taste. The healthiest way to eat them is raw almonds , but I can see why people prefer roasted and salted. If you want a healthy balance, you can get the dry roasted, if you do not receive all oil fatty roast. You can pick them up at almost any local supermarket, or order online almonds.

Make sure you eat the moderation though, as they have fat (even if they are healthy) and they are quite filling, which can make you jump 3 number of meals.
