To be eligible for the scholarship, students must be graduates of the seniors Allegheny East or West Mifflin High School. Students must be of good character as portrayed through their letters of reference and their tests. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and must demonstrate financial need. Students need to plan to attend either two or four year U.S. accredited institution, including technical assistance to schools that reside in the United States. To apply, students must submit the application with a good one-page essay showing the student's morals and their contribution to the community. Two letters of recommendation from school officials are held with transcript and a copy of student aid you receive from the FAFSA.
