Do I get a benefit of eating tortilla chips with flax in it? I saw these tortilla chips with flax seeds in it (together, it looks like), but I saw someone say that the seeds must be ground to get the full effect. Is this correct? or can I still eat whole flax seeds and enjoy. Thank you.
Something is better than nothing - so there is an advantage.
It is true that you get more ground flax seed - but you get food because of all this (similar question asked about it recently - would be in the history of "questions" I do not think).
The corn chips that I have flax in them that are partially on the ground - not quite - but a rough cut. My thoughts while making the choice was based on what I know the benefit of flax and making an example in my diet. Also it is a great source of fiber and vitamins - in most Western countries are not civilized enough fiber in their diet, because many do not eat bread, pasta, etc.
Most focus on the only oil that is actually very good for you. It also has a very short lifespan and can go rancid quickly, even in the refrigerator. whole flaxseed keeps longer if you have to keep in a cool, dry place - unless you grind it, then it should be treated the same as that of oil.
The choice is yours. I bought to see what they tasted like. :)
It's good for you.
Flaxseed has Omega-3 and omega-6 that actually help to attract the oils from your veins and arteries.
Lin = healthy heart!
However, if the flax is full or not ground / cracked, they are not as easy to digest and does not have as much effect as this.
But they are very good for you anyway! ALSP They help with digestion.
whole flax seeds are good for you, but because of the hard layer you do not get the same effect as taking the oil.
But all the increases in fiber flax chips and that's good too.
whole flax seeds are good for your health. whole flax is as good as the soil, but ground flax can be used (mixed with water) in cooking as an egg substitute, while all can not.
Yes, flax is really good for you, I'm not sure why ... sorry.
