Garden Of Eatin ChipsPosted on February 5, 2010. Mental / physical effects of deprivation of carbohydrate? So I lost 20 pounds of processed foods and eliminating most carbs except fruit and vegetables with low glycemic index. After about six weeks and about the time I have intensified my training program I noticed a change in my behavior. I'm REALLY Moody. So this past weekend, I could not help myself physically to go on a frenzy of carbohydrates. Every now and then I allow myself something, but Id be sure it was just a portion. But Saturday, I polished off the better part of some Garden of Eatin Tortilla Chips, peanuts, graham crackers, crackers, and water with the jelly. All washed down with several cups of coffee. Then I felt normal again. I didn't feel as guilty because I made sure it was skimmed orders (as opposed to binging on something like pizza, chicken wings / / etc..) But I could swear it was inevitable, I felt that my body really need carbohydrates, it was weird. In addition, I wasn't as busy during the work week and when Im can distract me from thinking about food. Can your body take control of your mind at any given time, and take you to carbohydrates?? Any binge dry oatmeal with about 5 cups of water, you tell your body that is in charge. CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment |
