Gourmet Chocolate Candy

I like apples and Mrs Prindables gourmet as others, but how to make them at home? More specifically, this type of chocolate should be used? I guess the cake and candy section of craft stores have these things, but I would like some advice from those actually encountered these goodies.

I think you should get some chocolate - I love Hershey, what about you - and merge them into a saucepan on the stove. put a stick in the apple, and then when everything has melted, to stifle the apples into the chocolate and place on waxed paper and refrigerate

If you do not put it in the refrigerator, it will always be dry
