Gourmet Popcorn Recipes? So I'm looking into making gourmet popcorn as gifts at Christmas.
As Scouts sell.
My friend went crazy this summer and for some reason bought 50 pounds of corn kernels.
Ideas?
I found some online, but we can never be sure how good they are and few have the storage and serving suggestions.
Peanut Butter Popcorn. I did this weekend and it was wonderful. My husband thinks it would be good to add chocolate chips, but I think it was good the way it was. It took me about four days to eat everything, but it tasted good after that time, then it would be a bonus since you a gift.

Make caramel corn ... I made this for a party once, and guests have practically nuts for it. Taste the stuff you buy for a few dollars a box, except better and without chemicals. You can offer in these white boxes with a pretty ribbon.
