Granola SnacksPosted on March 4, 2010. Is it better to gorge on food (meals) and snacks (granola bars, cereals, etc..)? I recently went from binging on snacks binging on cooked real. Everything in moderation is the key to staying healthy. But I would say definitely healthy eating and nutritious meals at home is the way to go.
