As consumers around the world have sought to avoid sugar and sugar consumption start free food type of diet, replacing sugar quickly surfaced. This replacement, called aspartame is used in all sugar products nearly free on the shelves today. It can be found in chewing gum, soda, and the list continues. In all, over 6,000 products in the world can use aspartame as a sweetener.



Unfortunately, aspartame has been linked to more than 91 possible side effects and receives thousands of complaints on an annual basis. Some countries considered banning of aspartame that people watch the test, which came in the ingredient and found that there may be significant not only invalid data, errors and emissions, but also that 'there were links between policy makers and managers of aspartame in various government organizations affiliated with the approval of the ingredient.



While we have uncovered information both for and against the safety of aspartame through the Internet, we are yet to find any claim that aspartame is good for you. And if the debate is simply about the long-term safety of aspartame, we take the stance of "Why do you eat?".
