Healthy After School SnacksWhat are good, healthy snacks after school?

Whenever I came home from school, I feel like I need a snack and go to the kitchen. What are some healthy snacks can I have?

apple slices, yogurt, graham crackers with a little peanut butter, carrot sticks dipped in low fat dressing, strawberries.

Carrots and ranch, or fruit

Fruit ^ ^ take a grape's fast and good taste

bowl of cereal and a banana

raw carrots and dip, applesauce, fruit, graham crackers, salad, tuna sandwich or chicken salad, yogurt, celery with peanut butter, the intestines of whole grains, cheese and grilled tomato sandwich

whole wheat crackers with cheese. Celery with cream cheese. rice cakes, fruit, vegs raw with dip. toasted bagel with peanut butter. fruit smoothies. Trail Mix, low-sugar cereal dry or with 1% milk, cereal bars, granola bars that are not covered with chocolate, vegetarian pizza

apples or bananas with peanut butter or granola bars to try dipped in yogurt

Dairy

string cheese and fruit (fresh or canned)

nonfat cottage cheese or yogurt with fruit

Smoothies with milk or yogurt and sliced bananas or strawberries

whole wheat crackers with cheese or peanut butter

Yogurt with fresh fruit or granola

Scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt with fresh fruit

Fruits and vegetables

raw vegetables with dip, low fat yogurt, cottage cheese or hummus

Apples and cheese - pears and other fresh fruit too much work!

vanilla wafers, ginger, graham crackers, animal crackers or face bars and a glass of milk

vegetables and ranch, cheese and crackers or rice cakes are my favorite. It's great that you try to be healthy, but if you're like me when I was in school (assuming your in high school), I could eat whatever I wanted and never gained a book, so enjoy your self now because in a few years you have to eat healthy or pack of 15 books.

A Weight Watchers special. Take a graham cracker, cinnamon and spread Coolwhip lo-cal or regular, on the pirate. In other graham crackers on top. Gel creation. It tastes a bit like an ice cream sandwich and has almost no calories. Kids love em.

Craisins. They are cranberries and grapes they are. Wait a minute. Maybe dried cranberries are just. I'm not sure. But it is definitely the brand name product. They are sweet and delicious.

All friut is good for you. It has natural sugar in it for energey and easy to take on the go. Perhaps snacks or Goldfish Teddy grams.
