Healthy Fruit Snacks5 Eating Healthy Snacks for your low calorie diet Plan

Any plan for a healthy diet is not complete without a great healthy snack included. Everyone wants a snack from time to time, but the key is to make these healthy snacks and nutritious and delicious. In addition, they must be enjoyed without guilt.

The following are 5 healthy snacks to eat:

A small bowl of fresh fruit salad. Empty a can of mandarin oranges in natural juices and add raisins, diced apples, pears, raspberries, blueberries or else you desire and keep it in the refrigerator. A small amount if you feel the urge to snack.

A small handful of unsalted nuts and a small handful of raisins mixed.

Sandwiches with whole grain bread and spreads low in calories can be a treat any time of day or night.

A warm pita filled with a mixture of salad leaves, cucumber, thinly sliced tomato and onion salad are tasty and healthy.

Make fruit kebabs. They are easy to make and are a great way for children to join and learn healthy food. The following recipe makes 8-10:

Ingredients
2 or 3 different types of melon
125g red seedless grapes - washed
125g seedless green grapes - washed
125g strawberries - washed and hulled

Utensils - wooden skewers, chopping board, knife, spoon and plate / s

Method
Cut melons in half and remove seeds with a spoon, discard it. Cut into wedges.
Use a knife to separate the melon skin. Cut the melon into chunks.
Take the grapes off the stem.
If strawberries are large cut them in half.
Over parts of fruit on skewers. Serve chilled.

Tip: Try using other fruits like fresh pineapple (chopped) or slices of kiwi.
