Halloween seems really fun and exciting especially for your children. But do you know that this is not a holiday in good health at all? Halloween comes with treats and mostly Cadhi - which means junk food and unhealthy. Would you like your children at risk their health on one of their very special holiday? Do not make everyday Halloween. Do not make every day a day of sugar-filled. You can change the way you celebrate and start a new tradition. This time, it will be a fun and healthy Halloween.

Consider a new tradition. Instead of abusing your kids (and yourself), and the creation of negative habits and tendencies that could lead to health problems and emotional start to limit their sugar intake. And please do not opting for treats sweetened with Splenda or Nutrasweet. They are even worse than eating sugar! I feel so strongly about their dangers I wrote a whole book about them.

Instead of letting your children and yourself to be loaded on candies, hard candies or other sweets, encourage healthy food choices.

You do not need candy bars anymore because I developed a bar that fills up, nutritious and delicious!
