What are some healthy snacks sensitive or plans to help me control my appetite and give me the energy to play? I go to a camp basketball summer league for three days with my team. At these camps, we engage in junk food, which is not the smartest thing to do, especially if you're an athlete need to play games. Small pizza greezy Debbie, I cannot help but start to feel guilty! I also "let myself go" for days, and I really need to go back on track for the summer. Please help!
Try protein bars.
I want to eat your favorite fruit, it could give you energy, because the fruits have the nutrients you need, but it also has a small amount of sugar to increase your energy.
ummm ... gaterade try, and perhaps carrots and dip? and a kind of energy bar and a really good apple and dip or sth.
