Healthy Snacks For Weight LossPosted on February 15, 2010. What are some healthy snacks to lose weight? I am a student semi-healthy diet college trying to lose a few pounds by bikini season (say 5 lbs. 125-120). I also work about 3 times a week in addition to eating better. Advice? Yeah, keep in mind your objective and limit the amount you eat. Try to make healthy choices, drink plenty of water, and certainly continue to work on. The more you do that you will be healthy. Some healthy snacks would be fruit and vegetables (of course) and I personally have a yogurt (low fat may be only 60 CALs one serving) and you can get dried fruit (watch out for content sugar), healthy cereals (like oatmeal), rice cakes, and smoothies. £ 5 should not be hard and will only take 2-3 weeks if you limit your intake of calories to 1200-1400 a day's work and regularly! Some of these include asparagus and broccoli (I think the carrots too, even if they are not green). I also eat yogurt w / fruit and has worked on 4 me! Try not running or jogging sessions per day, about half an hour minimum, it is NOT boring you invest in an MP3 player, allowing you to run to the door and walking more. Fruits and vegetables ...
