I want a trip to Scotland for the whole economy, including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness (ie air, rail, bus) all inclusive (accommodation, sightseeing, breakfast and dinner). Please advice me now for this summer break.I don t have a car.

I doubt you can get this kind of package for Scotland. you do not get anything cheap, you have to sleep in backpackers hostels and buy your food in supermarkets.
