Junior Mints

Seriously, bought a box of Junior mints and all is so often one is hard. What causes that and why do you think the majority of normal chewing mints junior, but maybe 1/8th drive?

HAHAHAHA I had the same experience and I was wondering the same thing! :)
I just think that since the lining is 100% sugar, sugar may fill some of them are "overdone" and then covered in chocolate, leaving you defrauded more than a Junior Mint. I do not know the exact chemistry behind cooking with sugar / sweets, but I know that sometimes the sugar may become very tough when cooked and extremely durable.

those who have better taste are sold faster making it more difficult to find.
