this is not the worst snacks for you .. sparingly. I have a box at home and I think it's like 170 calories for 4 1 / 2 cups corn (1 serving.) It's so good, I can see how people can eat too much, lol. Enjoy!

Well its in the middle. This is not exactly "healthy" like fruits and vegetables. but better than buttered popcorn. And I would say that the best kettle popcorn in the world is at Michigan Adventure. In Muskegon, Michigan. (Just put me in there)
