It is the same think I wrote about someone else:

-Popcorn (no butter included)

Pita Chip (Costco, trader joes)

Light-yougurt (Yoplait is a very good choice)

In-Oats (Oats to the former has more nutritional value .... if you add a smashed banana, it has really good taste)

Dryer the slow churned ice cream (it's half the fat of ice cream reg)

Frozen-yougurt (golden spoon)

Jello pudding or jello-brand - without sugar (sweetener used, and in the preparation, use fat free milk instead of regular ...)

Quaker rice cakes (50-60 calories per serving, and taste really good .... I prefer ranch flavor)

potato chips rather than regular

-100 Calorie Packs

-1 Baked potato with fat free (Knudsen) sour cream and 1 cup cheese ... its very good

Nutri-Grain Apple-, cereal bars (which is really good)

-Celery dipped in peanut butter (butter penut is rich in fat, but they are the right kinds of fat)

Fat-free refried beans baked with tostito balls instead of taco shells fried (add more taco seasoning to many beans as you want ....) If you're a fan of beans refied try this recipe :

really good!

frozen-meals (one of those who are healthy, eating well is really delicious ... ive only tried the ravioli if)

-Prunes / Dried plums (they funny but they taste very good, but keep it up to 4 per day ...)

-Edamame with a pinch of salt

-Hummus, about a quarter cup (use of fresh vegetables, or wheat pita bread for dipping) here is a recipe for edamame hummus, I've never tried, but you may find to your liking:

soy nuts (Trader Joe's)

hat tuna (i kind of things, but you might not ...)

PRIA bars or Kashi bars

cheese-string

Baked Apples (1 apple cut into wedges, pinch raisiins, 2 T apple juice OJ /, and a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Up tender.)

A small non-fat latte (idk if it tastes good ..)

Trail mix

-Almonds

Cherry / grape tomatoes

frozen grapes (mmm. ..)

Ice-fat cow milking

-Pickles?

-Pretzels (honey mustard pretzels are sooo good weather u like mustard or not .... give it a try!)

-If you're hungry Starbuck, demand for nonfat milk sugar syrup, free, and NO whipping cream ... add Caloia as 100!)

-If you want chocolate, try and choose the dark chocolate, it has stuff in it thats good for your skin, does not milk chocolate .... Try to stay about 1 oz per day (or less)

Try re-.
