First the recipe and how to do it, then a few additions and modifications to develop the idea of making more use of the ingredients of meals and snacks.
This treatment works very well for cooling low-carb and low consumers of glucose.
The ingredients needed:
Make a Mission Carb Balance Fajita size flour tortillas
These are low-carb tortillas. They come in 3 sizes, fajitas, tacos, soft, and burrito. And two varieties, regular white wheat or whole, both have high levels of fiber.
Fajita size shows white 5g net carbs in a tortilla, which is 12g of total carbohydrates, but 7g dietary fiber. The whole wheat fajita has 4 net.

Stevia Powder Try Optimum Nutrition Stevia Powder or another good brand. For those unfamiliar with stevia, it is a plant extract that tastes sweet but has no calories.
Stevia is native to South America but has spread around the world. In Japan, for example, dietetic beverages for use as a sweetener. This is not a concocted or chemical created a sugar substitute, but a plant extract.
It has a slight aftertaste, but comes directly from nature. You could, of course, nutrisweet substitute (aspartame) or Splenda (sucralose) as a substitute for sugar. Or carbohydrates, even xylitol or sorbitol, which are low glycemic index, but not weak.
