Macadamia Nuts NutritionPosted on February 18, 2010. I have nine weeks of pregnancy is to eat mixed nuts ok? I know that eating nuts is healthy for you when you are pregnant, but there some that you should avoid? The brand I bought has peanuts, cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts, pecans, macadamia nuts and mixed. The nutritional value of the box says it has calcium, vitamin E, folic acid, magnesium, selenium, manganese, iron, niacin, phosphorus, zinc and copper. I do not know what some of them are, but I'm paranoid and I just want to be sure! Any advice would be great! Thank you very much! My best advice is: RELAX! Nuts are OK. I think ur nuts ... Mixed Nuts is very good I ate my pregnancy, they have good vitamins and minerals too! Healthy Mixed nuts are a lot when you're pregnant ... Just look for the sodium content. Buy with little or no salt. thats fine, you should have vegetables, consult your doctor for iron and vitamin baby Calcione If you're worried about it, then ask for advice from your midwife or doctor .... Nuts are good for you by the way ... eat lots have caliums orders just try to be careful not to stifle eat these things As long as they are alcohol free and have no cortisone, then you and your baby will be fine. I am 30 weeks and ate mixed nuts since the beginning of my second quarter. My midwife said they are fine as long as I watch my sodium intake. There are nuts that are salted with sea salt have less sodium (and they are much better than regular nuts!) It is a good snack! I started to nibble on nuts, too. The only thing to worry with them is the salt content. If you buy the salt, just be careful not to eat too much salt. If they are soft, you can eat just about anything you want. Unless you have a SEVERE allergy to nuts, NUTS FOR YOU are awesome !!!!! Make sure you look MAKING SODIUM YER! You know how they are covered SALT delicious! Who will make you retain water BAD! CORN NUTS are in the meat category, which is good for you! No, all kinds of nuts are very good. have one of your realtives never been allergic to these foods! ??? I've never heard of nuts and pregnancy. I think you're well. Thats aa good snack choice. eating nuts while your pregnant is OK if done in moderation, even if there is a genetic predisposition to allergies to nuts, then it would be desirable to reduce, because it ignores the effects on a growing baby. no ... think its fine Nuts are good, I've never heard of one that could be potentially bad. If you have concerns ask your doctor at your next appointment for reassurance. it always sounds better when your doctor says "yes its ok" rather than a bunch of responses from us by saying yes to.
