Mighty Milk

Since I was little when I drink warm milk or heated, I really feel bad after. Suddenly, perspiration because im im so hot, I get this stomach ache so powerful

Ive looked on google and all I told you that warm milk helps a stomach ache which is weird because it's the opposite for me.

you may suffer IBS and milk stimulates this .. causing the stomach upset .. try something different, like warm water rather than milk .. its better for you .. no hot water just warm
