Add the raspberry puree cooled sugar syrup and mix.

Place the pureed mixture of sugar / ice cream maker and a freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

Place the puree with sugar syrup / in a metal bowl or cake pan and freeze for 1 hour. Remove from freezer and beat with an electric mixer or whisk, return to freezer. Repeat at intervals of one hour three times more.

* 2 liters of sherbet of your choice * 2 ripe bananas, sliced * 2 teaspoons lemon juice * 1 pint strawberries, sliced * 1 package wafer
