Oatmeal Diet PlanPosted on January 31, 2010. diet oatmeal? a system of whole grains, like oatmeal as the main thing, it revolves around the reduction of cholesterol and to keep me full and not hungry for immediate assistance or an ordinary guy and make my own spice mixture like Splenda cinnamon or adding fruit and soy milk, etc.. However, using this with fruit vegetables and other cereals like fiber of a type or whole grain corn, barley, etc.. throughout the day and for a 1600-1650 calorie diet plan. Will this be a correct diet? This seems a vegetarian diet. As long as you have found your main food groups with this, and you can, I would add a good multi-vitamin. I'm totally for Weight Watchers.
