Party Mints

We are planning a celebration for the 80th anniversary my grandfather. We intend to have salted peanuts and mint party with cake and punch and coffee. We are set between 75 and 100 people show up. The game will be 2-4pm Sunday. We were just trying to determine to what extent the salted peanuts and mints part we should have. If it is in addition to the one we're fine with that, but we're just worried that we may run out. We found a 38 oz container or peanuts and the biggest thing of mints was 15 ounces. About how each of these should we buy? Thank you.

I'd say about 2 ounces. by Me I know that not seem like much, but some people do not like nuts and give there 2 oz. to another person. So I would only do about 1 g of peppermint candy per person.

1 white egg

2 v. tea. paprika

1-1/2 tea. kosher salt

1 / 2 c.. dried oregano leaves

1 / 2 c.. dried thyme leaves

1 / 2 c.. garlic powder

1 / 2 c.. onion powder

1 / 2 c.. fresh cracked black pepper

1 / 4 c.. white pepper

1 / 4 c.. red pepper (cayenne)

2 cups PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts Unsalted


oven to 350 degrees F. Beat egg white with fork in medium bowl until frothy. Add seasonings and mix well. Stir in peanuts.

Spread evenly in lightly greased baking 15x10x1 inches.

Bake 10 min. , or until peanuts are dry roasted. Cool completely. Store in an airtight at room temperature.
