Popcorn Chips

Posted on April 23, 2011.
Popcorn ChipsHow to compare popcorn chips do nutritionally for chips?

Popcorn Chips are made with air popcorn, safflower oil, starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, corn flour, sea salt.

What are the positive points about fleas? Many are made with unsaturated fats like sunflower oil, high monounsaturated safflower oil, canola oil, or olive oil. They are often a good source of vitamin E. Popcorn provides fiber, although other snacks like chips and pretzels, not much. A few chips, those made from dried carrots or sweet potatoes, have a decent level of vitamin A. While the potatoes are a good source of vitamin C, the chips are not. Chips and popcorn are not particularly good sources of vitamins or minerals such as iron and calcium. I would say the corn chips would be a little better than your chips poatoe.
