Printable Candy Bar WrappersCandy wrappers - A simple way to create these chocolate Party Favors

Looking for a great idea for party favors for your next party? How about covering the chocolate bars with wrappers customized for your event? You can even do it yourself. They are cheap, easy and an appeal to all age groups. Besides, everyone loves candy. Here are some simple ways to create these festive treats.

Wrapping paper

You do not need to be tricky, if you want to do yourself. An easy way to make candy wrappers is simply to cover the bars with gift wrapping. This material is ideal because it is thin enough to mold around your chocolate. Moreover, it is available in festive prints, like balloons for a birthday or hearts for a wedding.

Use the lists and not the sheets of paper folded to prevent wrinkles when you do not want. Choose a quality paper. Dollar store package may be cheap, but can easily tear. It is best to choose something a little stronger, even if it costs more.

Then measure and cut your paper candy wrappers. If you're covering regular 1.55 oz Hershey bar, for example, you will need to cut pieces that are 5.25 inches by 5.5 inches. Then all that remains is to place the chocolate face upwards face unprinted packing paper and pull both sides of the paper to the center of the deal. Use double sided tape, or glue stick to hold in place.

If you want to customize this further, you can print a message on the paper. Use fancy fonts in complementary colors. Cut your regular text, scallops or other decorative edge scissors. Then use a glue stick to adhere to the upper end of your bars. Or, you can configure your software to customize your label on your computer and print it on Peel inkjet and stick labels. Also, check out scrapbooking section of your local craft store for adhesive labels and blanks sustained journaling you can write on and attach to your draft.

Free stuff online

If you want something that looks a little more polite, you can find sites that offer free print candy wrappers or templates. Try searching for them on your favorite search engine. You'll be surprised how many nice people are giving these away. They are available in several sizes to fit different chocolate treats. You may have to hunt a bit to find something close to what you want, but most work has been done to you.

There are two types of gifts. Firstly, there are drawings to print. With them, all you have to do is to print directly from your browser. Then cut, glue and plastic. The other type are models that you download. They are usually set up specific programs such as Microsoft Word. After you save it on your computer, you open the template in the corresponding program. You can then edit, if you want.

Here are some additional tips

If you do a lot of these party favors, you may want to consider investing in an inexpensive paper cutter. It will cut everything go faster and your cuts are straight.

Another thing to keep in mind is that many popular commercial candy bars are now packaged with plastic envelopes which are crimped at the edges. They have no coating film underneath. So if you like the look of the old chocolate bar with a tip sheet from the edge, you can always succeed. First, tape wavy edges, so they do not poke through. And cover with one or the other or a sheet of aluminum foil for confectionery (available online). Next, place your custom packaging around it.

In addition, you can try to see what will work best to keep all your envelopes.
Glue sticks do not seem as double sided tape. Adhesive dots and stripes are even better. You ca.
