not really. just eat less, do more.

I will say Cheerios ... grapes have a ton of sugar (carbohydrates) ...

Raisin Bran, it is normal to have the most calories and carbs for breakfast, and it has more fiber and good carbs and sugars (unrefined) from whole grain and fruit =] stuff that helps you lose weight, simply do not add table sugar.

Cheerios have no nutritional value that, who cares about calories when you do not get nutrition.

(And to everyone, not a Special K cereal magic weight loss. Once you get off that diet, you gain your weight back and then some.)

Obviously, any grains could work as long as it is not sugary cereal kid.

either one is good, I do not really think that one is better than another. all Cheerios has less calories Raisin Bran has more fiber.

Special K. ... is your answer!

No cereal really help you lose weight. Of these two sound Raisan has more fiber but more sugar. Cheerios is really no nutritional value. Total 19 and I've seen are higher nutritional values, but again they have all the sugar. It's really about portion control. Low sugar and high fiber is good.

It is rich in fiber.

I would say Raisin Bran ... because of the large amount of fiber, which makes you go to the toilet, which makes you lose weight lol
