Ingredients

3 / 4 cup olive oil 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 / 2 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 c. teaspoon vanilla 1 1 / 2 cups rolled oats 1 1 / 2 oat bran 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour 1 / 2 c. teaspoon salt 1 / 2 baking soda teaspoon of raisins (optional) or walnuts (optional)

Preparation:

1. beat together oil through vanilla. 2. Add oats by bicarbonate of soda and beat well. 3. Add raisins or nuts, if desired. 4. Drop by tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. 5. Bake 12 minutes at 350. 6. Cool on a rack.
