School Snack IdeasWhat are some healthy meals and snack ideas for school?

What are some healthy meals and snack ideas for school? I need something good for lunch, but something that I can mix so I'm not bored. I also participate in activities after school so I have something healthy to snack while I'm not hungry later.

Fruits and Veggies! There are lots of them and you can mix and match (:
Have some of them, and perhaps half a sandwich on whole wheat.
And some low-fat crackers.
^ ^ All three for lunch.
Best breakfast, filling and healthy!

Regarding snacks go, fruits and vegetables once more!
Do not fall for the protein "snack-bars, there are many other sugars. You better snack nuts for protein.

snack: protein bar or a type of healthy cereal bar, maybe an apple or a banana

Lunch: eat a little at a time and spaced ... tropical smoothie Energy
:) Or if you do not want you to try the salad of beans and fruits mixed with it, you can also try it with food protien

Choose high protein foods like trail mix power.
They are super good for you, and are tasty.
They have dark chocolate, dried fruits, assorted nuts, seeds, and they contain lots of protein to keep hunger later in the day.

Celery and / or apples with peanut butter
raisins
bread / wheat English muffin w / a little shredded cheese or jelly
Any type of fruit or raw vegetables
Carrots / Cucumbers with a little ranch dressing
The water or soda or tea without sugar juice
