Sea Salt And VinegarHow do you do sea salt and vinegar chips in a fryer?

I want to do at home. But the recipes I found are for the oven, I want to fry it (yes I know it's bad, but I do not). Does anyone know of any recipes that use a deep fryer?

Do not fry then bake then fry again. It's just rediculas.

Chips:

Well it is up to you weather will not let you on the skin.
