Eat a little seaweed today! Algae for lunch? OH NOOOOO!

Now, I do not speak of these so-called "Blue Green Algae Miracle Capsule" which were promoted about two decades ago. I am referring to freshly cut and harvested algae as well as two other pure forms of algae, spirulina and chlorella, which are both edible.

Although you can think of algae plants that float in water, but it is not quite correct. Like plants, algae produce their own food by photosynthesis. But algae are not planted in the ground, so they are not really plants. In addition, some algae do not live in water, they live in soil or snow, and some algae have even been found floating in the clouds. So you can think of algal photosynthetic life forms that usually floats in water. There is a very large number of algae. Everything from the smallest photosynthetic bacteria to giant kelp, which grows 200 feet tall are considered algae.
