Slim Fast SnacksIs there any harm to live mainly on Slim Fast and some snacks per day? Usually eat between 800-1000 calories.

I'm losing the last 15 pounds to try to make my goal weight. I'm 5'6 and currently weigh 125 ... my goal is 110. I workout, usually on foot ... several hills are involved ... and as I said, I try to keep my calories to about 1,000 per day. Can anyone give advice .... I want to be healthy ...
