recipe

Nutty Crunch

1/2-cup Brown sugar packed
1/2-cup dark corn syrup
1/4-cup butter or margarine
Salt 1/2-tsp
6-cups toasted oat cereal
1-cup pecan halves (or walnuts, peanuts)
1/2-cup almonds

Preheat oven to 325 *
Grease jelly roll pan, 15x10 "
Heat the brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt in 3 qt saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is melted, about 5 minutes, remove from heat. Stir in cereal and nuts until well coated
Spread mix in pan
Bake 15 minutes
Cool 10 minutes
Loosen mixture with a metal spatula
Let sit until firm, about 1 hour
Store in a covered container

Makes 8 mugs.

Point of

Buyers are most concerned about the future earnings of your business, and less concerned about the past. However, the future is difficult to predict with any degree of certainty, so most assessments are largely based on your historical financial statements. You, however, be obliged to provide projected financial statements that show how the company could be called up after the sale. You can also focus on your future plans: new products in development, promising new methods of distribution, and other factors which should contribute to revenue growth in the future.

The Mojave Desert might work, or some dried cactus for dessert.
