These days we are all looking for ways to save money, one of the ways you can save money is to take your own lunch to work or "packaging" lunches your kids school.

When it comes to making meals on the go, there are some key points you need.

1. A well insulated lunch bag. I do not recommend children's lunch boxes made of metal, because they do nothing to keep your food warm or cooler, they dent and rust over time.

I recommend you buy a soft bag or better known as an insulated lunch bag. These types of bags are lightweight, have a carrying strap and are insulated to keep your hot food hot or your cold foods cold.

2. If you like to pack sandwiches, you'll need a guardian sandwich square of plastic to protect your sandwich to get broken. There are a variety of manufacturing companies that manufacture them.

I do not recommend the use of plastic bags to slide around as they do nothing to protect your sandwich and they are harmful to our environment, not to mention expensive.

3. Plastic container in the microwave with an air tight and leak fluid. You can use these types of containers to transport the remains of the day before your meal.

I do not recommend the use of cheap empty containers of margarine, yogurt and other plastic food containers. Just because the container is plastic, does not mean his microwave.

4. Small plastic container with attached snack. These types of containers are perfect for carrying yogurt fruit cocktail, canned fruit, pudding, jello and other small quantities of sweets and snacks and in keeping with a bag lunch.

5. A microwave around medium-sized enterprises secure container. If you enjoy making soups, stews, spaghetti, chili and other foods that contain a liquid sauce or soup, I recommend buying a Microwave Safe Containers around to fit into your bag lunch. 7. Cloth napkins or paper towels. I always recommend that you pack 2 with all meals.

8. Insulated Tumbler Cup drinking insulated plastic sports bottle. There are several companies on the market that make some very nice breakfast cups and sports bottles. You want to buy one that holds about 12 ounces you want it to be able to fit perfectly into your lunch bag.

Nine. Container condiments. These types of containers are often overlooked when it comes to shopping for lunch on the go products.
