Sway Bar End Links

We have exhausted all options, it seems that the top bolt on the end links sway bar to the press, and then securely fastened with a nut. We use an air chisel and a hammer handle and sludge, the next step is to completely remove the knuckle and take it to a machine shop to have it pressed, is there another option? We do not have exactly the tools needed to decompress a spring and realign the car after something like that.
