Vegetable snacks? Please suggest a quick cook some snacks (preferably vegetables.)

I like a veggie pizza! You need a box of refrigerated crescent, a block of cream cheese, a package of Ranch mix (for dressings / dips), and assorted vegetables of your choice (I like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower).
Roll the croissant dough on a pan to make a crust, bake at 375 for about 7 minutes (or until more doughy). In a bowl, mix together the small ranch and cream cheese (I recommend you start with half the budget of the Ranch, then adjusting the amount to your liking - a full package gives a very strong taste). Spread the mixture of cream cheese evenly over crust - top with vegetables. Slice and enjoy! This will also keep well in the 'fridge for a few days - and seems to taste better after it has been in the' fridge for at least one hour.
Dips
I like snow peas raw, they are sweet and delicious. You can always taste the mixture of dried fruit, my favorite is almonds, dry roasted without salt.
