Walnut Shelves

Can someone tell me how long stays fresh nuts? I bought some walnuts to the sugar walnut cream, but now I wonder if I bought too soon - the party is in two weeks! If I wait?

As a side note, if I made the creamy fudge nut now, I'd be able to freeze them or something??

It takes about six months for them to go bad, so two weeks is fine. They freeze well.

Store in freezer until ready theyll be fine
